According to the news that was released on July 5, 2020, which was marked by the Yadnya Pamahayu Jagat Ceremony and the Application of the New Era of Life Order Protocol in Bali at the Great Besakih Temple.
The Provincial Government of Bali issued Circular Letter Number 3355 of 2020 concerning the New Era of Life Order Protocol which regulates provisions in various sectors of life.
In the first phase of the new life order, activities will be limited and selectively opened only to the local scope of the Balinese people. For this First Phase, according to the direction of the National Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19, the implementation of the New Era of Life Order, which is permitted is limited to the sector:
Whereas the education sector and the tourism sector have not yet been enacted. The Education Sector awaits the policy of the Minister of Education and Culture.
The second stage, carrying out activities more broadly, including the tourism sector, but only limited to Nusantara tourists, starting July 31st, 2020, which coincides with Friday, Pon, Kulantir, which is believed to be a sacred day for Balinese.
Phase Three, carrying out activities more broadly in the tourism sector including for foreign tourists, starting on 11 September 2020 which coincided with Friday, Kliwon, Sungsang, Sugihan Bali; a period of 42 days (counting the months) from the Second Stage on July 31, 2020.
In order for all of these stages to go according to his wishes and blessings, in a sacred manner, the Provincial Government of Bali has issued Circular Number 3355 of 2020 concerning the New Era of Life Order Protocol which regulates provisions in various sectors of life.
